2.    Acceptance of terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order. 

3.    Orders and acceptance

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Mind Magic Studios.

 

A binding contract between you and Mind Magic Studios is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been successfully processed through Wix Payments. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Payment cannot be verified or is disputed by Wix Payments

• Technical issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product details

• Materials shortages or inability to produce the ordered item.

You expressly agree that Mind Magic Studios cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation. ​

4.    Products

Each product is handmade. There may be slight variations in colour, size, or finish, which are part of the unique character of custom-made items.

Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final item.

We may change or update information or correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, without affecting your statutory rights.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

All payments for orders on this website are processed securely through Wix Payments, which may offer multiple payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit/debit cards.

Payment is considered received only when successfully processed through Wix Payments.

We are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures caused by Wix Payments or other third-party payment providers.

If payment fails, is disputed, or reversed, we may cancel or suspend your order. 

​

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed to the original payment method via Wix Payments wherever possible.

 

Buy Now, Pay Later options: Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless using a Buy Now, Pay Later option (e.g., Klarna or PayPal), where available. Approval for Buy Now, Pay Later is subject to the provider’s terms, eligibility checks, and regional availability. Mind Magic Studios does not provide credit and is not responsible for approval decisions or payment schedules.

 

International customers: Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or tariffs. These are your responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. 

Shipping costs may be included in your instalment plan or processed in full at the time of purchase, depending on your payment method and region. The exact amount will be shown at checkout. 

Customs duties, tariffs, and local taxes are not included and are your responsibility.  

Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Orders for multiple quantities of the same design may take longer to complete.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for loss or delay in transit. International orders may face customs clearance delays outside our control. 

7. Customs Duties, Tariffs & Import Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware:

Import duties, tariffs, and local taxes may be charged by your customs authority and are your sole responsibility.

We cannot predict or control these costs and do not collect them on your behalf.

If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, we cannot refund you.

If you are using a Buy Now, Pay Later option, you remain responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or taxes in your country. Mind Magic Studios is not responsible for these charges.

8. Returns & Refunds

We comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
 

 

• Custom-made or personalised products: These are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

• Non-customised products: You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. 

To arrange a return, please email info@mindmagicstudios.com for instructions before sending goods back. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

International customers: if you refuse customs charges, and your parcel is returned or destroyed, we cannot refund you. 

9. Faulty Goods

If your purchase is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs at info@mindmagicstudios.com. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, and text on our website are owned by Mind Magic Studios and cannot be copied or reproduced without our consent. 

Third-party characters remain the property of their respective rights holders. 

11. Links to other Websites

We may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You should review their terms before using them.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., postal strikes, natural disasters, and customs delays).

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Mind Magic Studios is not responsible for any fees, interest, or charges applied by third-party payment providers, including Klarna or PayPal Pay Later. Customers are responsible for complying with the provider’s payment terms.

13. Disclaimer

All products are sold for decorative, theatrical, or cosplay use only. They are not safety equipment, protective wear, or toys. They are not suitable for children unless explicitly stated. Use is at your own risk.

14. Exclusions of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

 

•  Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of data, business, income, or goodwill) arising from your use of our website or products.

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of our products.

• Any costs or losses caused by refusal to pay customs/import charges.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mind Magic Studios and replace any previous agreements.
