Our Cad Bane hat is perfect to top off your bounty hunter costume. Each hat comes supplied with our own hand-made cold-cast aluminium side plates and leather-look hat band which are designed to be as screen accurate as possible to what you see in the Book of Boba Fett. Each hat is carefully hand-made and hand-finished to order and is a unique and lovingly made accompaniment to complement your Cad Bane cosplay. Now go hunt some Jedi!
MATERIALS
We hand-make our hats using wool to be faithful to the look of a traditional bolero hat whilst keeping the cost down for you as fur felt is considerably more expensive to use as a hat base.
Our hats are hand-made to order using our own custom-made hat block to ensure the hat fits over our Cad Bane silicone mask. If you would like then we are very happy to also weather your hat for you at no extra charge.
DURABILITY
We use millinery industry-standard stiffening products on our hats to ensure they retain their shape, which is important given the height of the crown and the depth of the brim used as seen on screen.
FIT
Please note that this is not a standard fit hat. We made the hat specifically to fit over your head whilst wearing our Cad Bane silicone mask. The internal diameter of the hat is therefore far larger than would fit the average human head to allow for the thickness of the silicone mask. Please email us if you have any questions about fit before ordering.
COLOUR MATCHING
We make every hat to order just for you. We dye each hat by hand to be as screen accurate as possible so there may be some slight variation in colour from our website catalogue photographs.
